Like many primary schools, the leadership team understood the school had strong local reach, trusted family relationships and meaningful community influence, but had not previously packaged that value in a way local businesses could easily understand. It wanted to build more structured relationships with aligned local businesses that could support improved outcomes for students while also creating stronger advocacy and sustainable revenue for the school.

Through the sub 10K School Sponsorship Accelerator Plus program, the school moved from an informal fundraising mindset to a structured sponsorship approach. The opportunity was positioned around the school’s real reach and impact, with clearly defined sponsorship categories, commercial value, community alignment and practical ways for sponsors to engage with the school community. Two highly relevant local business categories were identified and approached: Real Estate Mortgage Broking Both sponsors recognised the value of building trusted, long-term relationships with the school community through a structured sponsorship model, rather than simply making a donation.
