The Challenge

Rugby League Ipswich (RLI), the governing body overseeing multiple rugby league clubs in the Ipswich region, recognised that its sponsorship program lacked structure, clear positioning and effective tools to present its value to potential partners.

While the organisation had strong community reach through its clubs, teams and supporters, this value was not being consistently translated into a clear sponsorship proposition for businesses.
