What’s Coming Up

We run a limited number of practical training sessions each term designed specifically for school teams.

These sessions are built to help schools understand what matters, build confidence, and implement social media in a way that is structured and sustainable.

The School Socials Playbook

Your school is doing amazing things. Your socials aren't showing it.

A 4-week program that turns your school’s social media from a noticeboard of dates and reminders into a highlight reel of what makes your community extraordinary – now with AI.

The problem

Most school accounts are inconsistent, reactive, and run by one busy person with no time and no system. The School Socials Playbook fixes exactly that – giving you a clear, repeatable way to run your socials without adding hours to your week.

What you’ll walk away with
  • Week 1 – Strategy & content pillars:stop posting randomly; know what to post and why
  • Week 2 – Content, carousels & Canva:on-brand posts, fast, with reusable templates
  • Week 3 – Reels & video (with AI):short video made simple – the part that gets you reach
  • Week 4 –  Your monthly system & content calendar:a workflow so the whole school feeds you content

Plus: a Canva template system, reel-creation skills, an AI toolkit, and the confidence to keep it going.

Who it’s for

Business managers, marketing and communications staff, administration and leadership teams – anyone responsible for the school’s social media.

Format

Four online group sessions on Microsoft Teams (with recordings), Tuesdays 25 Aug, 1, 8 & 15 Sep, 11:00am–12:00pm. Led by social media experts Georgia and Stephen.

Done-With-You Content Planning

You know what to post. You just never find time to plan it.

We plan the month with you, every month – so your school’s socials actually happen.

The problem
School socials don’t fade for lack of ideas – they fade because planning is the first thing to fall off a busy week. Done-With-You Content Planning keeps you consistent, with expert help and accountability every month.

What you get each month

  • A monthly 1-hour online planning session – we map your content to your pillars and the term calendar
  • A ready-to-post content calendar
  • A capture brief telling your staff exactly what to film and photograph
  • Canva templates to execute, plus support between sessions
  • A termly strategy review

Who it’s for
Business and marketing managers who want the outcome of great school socials without doing it all themselves – including School Socials Playbook graduates who want ongoing support.

Format
A monthly one-hour online session plus deliverables, with light support in between. Led by social media experts Georgia and Stephen.

Pricing

  • $650 per month (minimum one school term), or $1,800 per term paid upfront
  • One-off setup (strategy, pillars and first calendar build) normally $590 – free when you start at the conference
  • Conference Foundation rate: $595/month locked for 12 months, capped at 10 schools
