The Challenge
Create a sponsorship strategy, along with some selling tools and support for the host school of the Confraternity Shield, a massive sporting carnival for some 55 schools with operating costs of around $200,000.
Our Solution
First, we developed and captured the school’s sponsorship assets. Next, we created compelling selling tools that defined the carnival’s reach and impact. When Sponsorship Ready, we created a sponsorship launch event targeting top tier sponsors only to provide campaign credibility and momentum. We launched the lower tier packages a little later after laying down a runway for sales.
