The Challenge
Come up with a sponsorship strategy, selling tools and support for the host school of the Confraternity Shield, a massive sporting carnival for some 55 schools with operating costs of circa 200K.
Our Solution
First we developed and captured the schools sponsorship assets. Next. we created compelling selling tools which defined the carnivals reach and impact. When Sponsorship Ready, we created a sponsorship launch event targeting top tier sponsors only to get the campaign credibility and momentum. We launched the lower tier packages a little later after a runway for sales was laid down.
