The Challenge
The Mooloolaba Surf Life Saving Club had enormous existing brand equity. Unfortunately, they were relying on supporters as their only sponsors and not leveraging the brand equity to generate sponsorship revenue. The forward-thinking committee engaged Sponsorship Ready to turn this around.
